  • Whisk the egg with chopped onion,tomato, green chilly and salt as required.
  • Heat ghee on a tawa and cook both sides of parotta for one minute.
  • Pour the egg mixture on its top and cook for few minutes in low flame.
  • Turn the parotta and cook again for one minute in low flame.
  • Tasty and crispy omelette parotta is ready now.
