Ingredients
- Onion(medium) - 4 nos
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 sprigs
- garlic(chopped) - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard and cumin seeds.
- Add curry leaves and stir well.
- Add salt.
- Add the tomatoes, chilli powder and sugar.
- Cook till the tomatoes become mushy. Smash well with a spoon.
- Add coriander leaves.
