  • For preparing Onion Bhakri, mix together wheat flour, onion, green chillies, salt, crushed cumin seeds and a tbsp of oil.
  • Knead them together along with a little water to form a dough.
  • :- Make the dough a little harder than usual chappathi dough.
  • Pluck big balls off the dough.
  • Roll them out into thick chappathis.
  • Heat a tawa and cook an Onion Bhakri in medium heat.
  • Cook both sides.
  • When half done, spread 2 tsp of oil on each side and fry on low fire, till little golden.
  • :- Serve Onion Bhakri with curd.
