  • 1 kg Chicken cut into big pieces
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice or use vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Pepper powder


  • Marinate the chicken pieces with a mixture of soya sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice, pepper and required salt.
  • Keep the marinated chicken pieces in the refrigerator for 2 days.
  • Put oil in a frying pan and when its hot put the chicken pieces and fry in low fire until brown. Serve hot.
