Instructions
- heat the butter in a pan and add onion, green chilli and saute it, until it turn into brown
- add all vegetables and mix well
- add salt, garam masala and red chilli powder and mix well
- now add steamed rice and mix well and turn off the stove
- now add palak puree, maida, corn flour and rice flour and mix well.
- mix well like a dough
- from a mixture, take some and make as cylindrical shape balls
- mix the maida in water and make as a batter
- dip the balls in maida mixture.
- and spread in the bread crumbs
- heat the oil in the pan and put the nuggets and fry it until it turn into golden brown
- now palak steamed rice nugget is ready to serve
