Instructions Mix yeast and sugar with 1/4 cup of water and keep it aside for ten minutes. Take 2 spoons of rice flour and mix it with required amount of water and boil the same in a low flame to make a smooth paste Add the same to the rice flour and grinded coconut mixture Mix the same as a dough by add required amount of water/ coconut milk and 1 spoon of sugar and yeast solutions and keep it aside for 10 to 12 hours. Before making appam add 1 spoon of sugar and a pinch of salt for taste. Take a appam pan and pour the dough and make tasty appams. Appam is ready.
