- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Dry red chillies - 4 nos
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Shallots(kunjulli) - 10 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Crush shallots, cumin and dry chillies.
- Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add crushed onion. Add colocasia and fry again.
- Palchembu ularthiyathu is ready.
