Instructions
- chop the paneer, gobi
- take coconut, black pepper seed, fennel seed and make a paste
- in a pan heat the ghee and saute the gobi and paneer
- add tomato and mix it
- add capsicum and mix well
- add coconut paste which we prepared and mix it
- add required water and allow to boil for 5 mins
- once it get boiled add garam masala, salt and mix well
- add fried gobi and paneer and allow to cook for 10 mins in medium flame until it becomes gravy
- now paneer gobi pepper gravy is ready, serve with chappati
