- Paneer - 1 cup
- Onion cubed - 1
- Tomato cubed - 1
- Capsicum cubed - 1
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Besan flour - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- curd (Well drained) -

Instructions
- Heat a table spoon of butter in a pan; add besan flour in to it.
- Roast until golden in color and the raw smell goes off.
- Mix it with all other ingredients
- marinate for 1 hour
- Preheat the oven in 180 c about 10 minutes. Place the skewers on the grill rack (by greasing oil on the rack).
- Grill it for about 30 minutes (brush each sides with butter after each 15 minutes for more crispy).
- Now paneer tikka kebab is ready to serve
