Instructions
  1. In a bowl, add all the powders, ginger paste and salt with required water to make a batter.

  2. Wash the leaves and pat dry it .Dip each leaves in the batter.

  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry each leaves on medium flame on both sides till it turns to golden brown.

  4. Fantastic Panikoorka Baji is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
