Instructions
- Cut the Lemon and take out the juice and keep it aside (the lemon juice should be prepared just before a minute or so otherwise it will taste bitter)
- Heat the frying pan/Cheenachatty and put the smashed/grinded Pappaya paste and stir it well.
- After about five minutes add Sugar into this paste and stir it further
- Then add Lemon juice also and stir the mix continuously
- When the mix is cooked well and colour turns into brown and water is evaporated fully, put off the stove and allow to cool the mix.
- Pappaya Jam is ready and it can be used with Bread/Chappathi/Poori
