- Pappadam - 8
- Small onion(finely chopped ) - 10
- garlic - 4 pods
- Crushed chilli - 1-2 tbsp
- Mustard - 1/4 top
- Coconut oil(for frying also ) - 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a pan, fry each papads, crushed it and keep aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil in a pan, splutter mustard, add small onion, garlic and saute it. Add crashed chilli, curry leaves and again saute it well.
- Add the crushed pappads, stir and mix well.Pappad roast is ready.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
