Ingredients
- Toovar dal(Thuvara parippu) - 1/4 cup
- Chana dal(Kadala parippu) - 1 cup
- Urud dal(Uzhunu parippu) - 1/4 cup
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Red chillies - 5 nos
- Asafoetida(Kayam) - 1 pinch
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing parippu vada, soak toovar dal, urad dal and channa dal in water for 1/2 hour.
- Grind the soaked item with green chillies and red chillies.
- The batter should be in thick form.
- Add asafoetida, salt and curry leaves to the batter and mix it well.
- Roll the batter into a lemon size.
- Then flatten it to form a round shaped of about 3 cm diameter.
- Fry this in coconut oil
- Turn sides and cook well.
- Parippuvada is ready.
