Instructions
- soak the peas split and bengal gram in water for 2 hours
- in blender add red chili, ginger, cinnamon, cloves,garlic, fennel seed and salt and make a paste
- Add soaked bengal gram and peas split and grind it
- chop the onion, green chili, curry leaves and coriander leaves
- in a bowl add dal, onion, green chili, curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well
- make small ball
- heat the oil and fry it
- now dal kola urandai is ready to serve
