Pav Bhaji Pav bhaji 6 pieces Potato (cut into small cubes)1/2 cup Cabbage (finely chopped)1/2 cup Carrot (cut into pieces)1/2 cup Green peas4 pieces Onion (finely cut)3/4 cup Tomato (finely chopped)1/2 piece LemonCoriander leaves (As reqd) Boil the vegetables & mash them.Heat oil in a pan.Add the onions and continue fry till the colour became brownAdd ginger garlic paste.Add the pav-bhaji masala, red chili pwd & tomatoes.Stir constantly and cook for 5 mins.Add the vegetables and continue frying.Add salt & water.Take butter in a pan and heat. Pour into pav bhaji.Garnish the bhaji with the coriander leaves.Add lemon juice.:-serve hot. North Indian
