  • 6 pieces Potato cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Carrot cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 4 pieces Onion finely cut
  • 3/4 cup Tomato finely chopped
  • 1/2 piece Lemon
  • Coriander leaves As reqd


  • Boil the vegetables & mash them.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the onions and continue fry till the colour became brown
  • Add ginger garlic paste.
  • Add the pav-bhaji masala, red chili pwd & tomatoes.
  • Stir constantly and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add the vegetables and continue frying.
  • Add salt & water.
  • Take butter in a pan and heat. Pour into pav bhaji.
  • Garnish the bhaji with the coriander leaves.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • :-serve hot.
