Payaru Mezhukkuvaratti
This is a very simple dish with very few ingredients. This dish is prepared with string beans
Ingredients
- 250 gms Neelan payaru
- 5 small onion
- 2 Green chillies
- 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Chilli powder
- Salt for taste.
- Curry leaves
Instructions
- Add chilli powder, turmeric powder to the above.
- Finally add payaru and salt and saute it well.
- Mezhukkuvaratti is ready.
