Payaru Thoran
Normal thoran
Ingredients
- 400 g Odiyal payaru
- 12 nos Shallots Kunjulli
- 3 nos Green chillies
- 100 g Coconut grated
- 4 tbsp Oil coconut oil preferred
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt As reqd
- Mustard seeds Few
Instructions
- Cut payaru, shallots and green chillies into small pieces.
- Boil oil in a pan and crackle mustard seeds. Stir in payaru mix and cook in low heat with a covered lid.
- Nadan payaru thoran is ready.
