Peanut Aloo Balls

this is my favourite recipe which is very healthy too.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 Aloo boiled
  • 1/4 cup Peanut
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 chopped Green chili
  • Curry and coriander leaves little
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tblsp Corn flour
  • Salt as taste
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Boil potato, mash well and keep aside
  • remove side of bread and crumble in a mixer
  • Chop all onion and green chilies.
  • Now mix all items mentioned above and add peanut
  • Mix well and make balls. now add little water with corn flour and dip the balls in corn flour batter
  • Now heat oil, deep fry and drain out
  • Now its ready to serve Peanut Aloo Bread Balls
