- peanut 1 cup -
- jeera samba rice 1 1/2 cup -
- onion 2 no. -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- mint leaves 1 handful -
- coriander leaves 3 tsp -
- green chili 5 no. -
- ginger garlic paste 4 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Ghee : 2 tsp -
- bay leaf 3 no. -
- cinnamon small piece -
- clove 4 no. -
- fennel seed 1/2 tsp -

Instructions
- par boil the peanut by adding salt
- In a cooker heat the oil and ghee and temper the fennel seed, bayleaf, cinnamon and clove
- add onion and saute it for 3 mins until it get golden brown
- add tomato and chopped green chili and mix it
- make a paste by adding ginger garlic, green chili and mint leaves and add to the masala and mix it
- add salt and peanut and mix it
- now add 3 cup of water for 1 1/2 cup rice and allow to boil
- add rice and allow one whistle
- Now peanut pulao is ready to serve
