  • Gram flour(Kadalapodi) - 1 cup
  • Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder(A pinch) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Curry leaves(A few) -
  • Oil for frying -

Instructions
  1. Mix together the gram flour, maida, chilly powder, garam masala powder, curry leaves and salt along with water to make a batter.
  2. Add the peanuts into the batter and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  4. Put the batter coated peanuts into it.
  5. :- See to that the peanuts do not stick to each other while you do so.
  6. Remove from the oil when it is duly fried.
