- chicken 1/2 kg -
- whole black pepper 1/2 tsp -
- cumin seed 1/2 tsp -
- Cardamom 2 no. -
- onion 3 no. -
- green chili 2 no. -
- Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- black pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp -
- coriander powder 3/4 tsp -
- turmeric power 1/2 tsp -
- Curry leaves -
- coriander leaves 1 tbsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Ghee : 1 tsp -

Instructions
- add onion and green chili and saute it for 3 mins
- add curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and mix well until the raw smell goes out
- add tomato and mix well
- now add black pepepr powder, coriander powder, salt and turmeric powder and mix well
- cook for two min until the masala get cooked and oil comes out
- add cleaned chicken and mix it, cook for 5 mins in medium flame
- add required water for gravy and mix well
- allow to cook in medium flame until the chicken get cooked and gravy gets thick consistency
- garnish with coriander leaves, now pepper chicken gravy is ready.
