Ingredients
- Tomato or Cucumber or Bitter gourd or Vazha pindi or Ripe mango - 1
- Onion - 1
- Green chillies - 2
- Grated Coconut - 3/4 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -
- For seasoning: -
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds -
- Dry red chillies(Kollamulaku) -
- Curry leaves -

Instructions
- Cut the chosen vegetable/fruit finely into small pieces.
- Cut onion into small pieces and green chillies finely.
- Add salt and mix the above ingredients thoroughly with your hand.
- :- Believe me, that gives an extra taste.
- Grind together coconut and mustard seeds with water and add it to the above mix.
- Add curd and mix well.
- Season it with mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
