Ingredients
- Pineapple(A medium sized one) -
- Plain yoghurt - 2 1/2 cups
- Shallots(thinly sliced) - 1 cup
- Chilli powder(As reqd) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Sugar(As reqd) -
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -

Instructions
- Cut pineapple into small pieces.
- Cook it with salt and turmeric powder. Keep aside until it is cools down.
- Add yoghurt, mix well and add sugar to taste and keep for 1 hr.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute shallots and add chilli powder.
- Add it to the pineapple yoghurt mix.
- :- Do not put the pineapple mix into the hot pan.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves and mix it with the above.
