- Aval - 1 cup
- Groundnut - 1/4 cup
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Green chilly - 4
- Oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Soak soft aval with 2tsp of water
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds.When it splutter add red chillies.
- Add onions and green chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add ground nuts,chilli powder and turmeric powder and saute for a minute
- Saute for 2 more minutes until groundnut become fully roasted.
- Add aval to this and stir for 1 minute.
- Now poha is ready ,
