  • Wash and clean the pomfret properly. Chop of the tail end and make 3 - 4 incisions on each.
  • Grind together coriander leaves, chillies, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper corns and turmeric powder. Keep it in a bowl.
  • Add rice powder and lemon juice to it and mix well.
  • Apply the masala on both sides of the fish and set aside to marinate for about 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a tawa.
  • Arrange the marinated fish and cook each side of the fish on a medium flame.
