Dry masala (Dry roast the above powders together, till slightly black):
- Chilly powder - 3 to
- Coriander powder - 3 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeeerakam) - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Wash pork meat & put it into a pressure cooker.
- Pressure cook along with the vent for 3 to 4 whistles.
- Once all the pressure is gone, remove the lid of the cooker & keep the cooker on fire.
- Add the dry masala powders.
- Add vinegar & soya sauce & simmer for 10 minutes on low fire.
- :- Serve with rice or roti or bread.

it was quite gud. although i had a prob, as the amount of pork i had was a little less then a kg, so, it turned out 2 be a bit hotter. but nevertheless, it was quite gud, n i guess i`ll try it once again sometime later.
