Instructions
  1. Take a pressure cooker put the cubes of potatoes in to the cooker add water :- not too much just enough for the baji to not be dry).
  2. Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder. :- Put a little extra turmeric powder, but don`t put too much just enough for a yellow color.
  3. Add salt and chilies.
  4. let it cook for approximately 5wistles (depending on the pressure cooker)
  5. Take that baji out and drain any exces water.
  6. Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Add spluter musted seeds and cumin seeds together.
  8. Add cury leaves red chilies and saute the whole thing till the red chillie puffs up a little and the color changes.
  9. Add this mixture to the presure cooked baji and add a little coconut oil (optional).
  10. :- You can add a little turmeric powder if the baji does not have the yellow color and always adjust salt.
