peeled and cut into thin sticks, big

Green chillies

Turmeric powder

Curry leaves

As reqd

Coconut oil
Instructions
Preparation Method of
Potato
Fry: 1)Heat
oil
in a pan.
Add potatoes, chillies,
curry leaves
,
turmeric
and
salt
.
Keep on low fire closed with a lid for 5 - 8 mins.
Take the lid off and saute on high fire till some potatos go light brown.
:- It will stick to pan so scrape and saute well.
:-
Potato
Fry is ready.
:- Serve
Potato
Fry with rice or chappati as side dish.
:- You can add small onions as whole too. excellent dish- loved by kids and easy to make- can be taken in lunch boxes!...
