Instructions
- In a mixi jar make a paste of green chilli and garlic.
- Smash the aloo and make ready of other ingredients, rice flour, salt, asafoetida, omam seed, butter, green chili paste, sesame seeds
- in a bowl add all the ingredients, smashed potatoes, green chili paste, asafoetida, omam seed, sesame seed, butter and rice flour.
- Add water and make a dough.
- Take some from dough and keep in murukku press with the plate single star hole. Press and make shapes.
- Heat the oil in high flame and cook the murukku.
