Potatoes with other ingredients - Potato Tikka

Ingredients
- Potatoes(cut into cubes) - 800 g
- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(paste) - 2 tsp
- garlic(paste) - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Curry powder - 4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 2 tsp
- Star anise(Thakollam) - 1 no
- Coconut powder(dissolved in a little hot water) - 200 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Yogurt - 100 ml
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 1 cup
- Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
- Water(As reqd) -
- Ghee(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat ghee in a vessel on low flame. SautT in the onions and anise till the onions becomes golden brown in colour. Then remove the anise.
- In a bowl, mix in ginger paste, garlic paste, salt, curry powder, turmeric powder and chilly powder with a little water.
- Then add it to the fried onions and mix it well for 3 minutes on low flame.
- Toss in the potatoes and pour in coconut powder mixture.
- Allow it to simmer for 20 minutes until potatoes are done and stir it occasionally.
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix it well.
- Potato tikka is ready.
