Ingredients
- Prawns - 1/2 cup
- Potato - 2
- Salt(as required) -
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Egg white - 1 egg
- Onion - 1/2
- Green chilly - 2
- Curry leaves(as required) -
- Oil(to fry) -

Instructions
- Marinate the prawns in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry it in oil and slice it into small pieces.
- Cook the potatoes, peel and mash it well.
- Mix in ¼ cups of bread crumbs, prawns, onion, curry leaves, green chilly, salt, 1/2tsp chilly powder and a pinch of turmeric powder and knead all the ingredients well.
- Make small patties out of it and dip it in egg whites and cover it in bread crumbs.
- Fry it in oil.
- Serve it with tomato sauce as an evening snack.
