Ingredients
- Prawns(medium sized, Chemmeen) - 12 -
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Ginger - 1" piece
- Garlic pods - 3 -
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Red chilly powder(As reqd) -
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Garam masala powder(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Gram flour(As reqd, Kadalapodi) -
- Oil for deep frying -

Instructions
- Grind together the green chillies, ginger, garlic and coriander into a smooth paste.
- Apply the ground paste along with the red chilly powder, turmeric, garam masala and salt onto the prawns.
- Mix together gram flour, chilly powder, turmeric and salt to make a thick paste.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Dip the prawns one by one into the batter.
- Deep fry, till golden brown.
- :- Serve hot.
