Instructions
- Remove the head, tail, shell and veins of the prawns.
- Wash and dry it.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Remove them from kadai.
- Heat up the same oil.
- Add garlic and chilli and stir-fry for 1 min.
- Add the prawns, black bean paste, red and green pepper, fish stock and soy sauce.
- Simmer and season with salt and pepper to taste.
