Ingredients
- Prawns(Chemmeen) - 500 gm
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
- Capsicum(chopped) - 1 no
- Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Lemon juice -
- Oil -
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
- Clean the prawns well.
- Marinate it with lemon juice, salt and chilly powder. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add marinated prawns, coriander powder, turmeric and garam masala.
- Add salt, if required.
- Allow it to cook for 20 mins on low flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
