Mysore Masala Dosa Dosas made from raw rice - very famous South Indian dish 2 cups Raw rice3/4 cup Black gram (Uzhunnuparippu)2 tbsp Red gram (Thuvaraparippu)2 tbsp Bengal gram (Kadalaparippu)2 tbsp Green gram (Cheruparippu)1 tsp Fenugreek seeds (Uluva)4 tbsp Cooked riceSalt (As reqd)Soda (optional)Butter(optional) Soak black gram and fenugreek seeds separately for 6 hrs.Soak raw rice, red gram, green gram, Bengal gram, cooked rice separately for 6 hrs.Grind them to make a batter which is neither too thick nor too thin.Allow this batter to get fermented for 6 hrs.Add salt and a pinch of soda before making dosas.Make dosas the usual way.Add butter on top, if desired.:- Serve with chutney and sambar.
