- Takes 2 cups of leftover Idli batter
- Add in rice flour,onion,green chilly, turmeric powder,salt and mix well makinig sure everything is combined well.
- Heat oil in a pan and spoon in some batter or use your hand to drop them one by one.
- Keep the flame on lower to medium stir occasionally.fry it till they turn golden brown in colour.
1.Add more rice flour if required to get thick batter.
2.Use fermented dosa batter to make soft and crispy vada.
