- Soak basmati rice for 20 minutes.drain out the rice and cook rice in salted boiling water until 80 percentage done.strain it trough colander and let it cool
- Heat olive oil in a vessel and cook until it done.keep stirring to prevent burning.
- Heat RKG in a vessel and saute onion and cashew nuts for 1-2 minutes
- Add the veggies,salt and pepper powder.saute it for 5 minutes
- Add the cooked chicken pieces
- Add cooked rice,mix gently.combine everything well without breaking the rice
- Quick and easy fried rice is ready now.serve hot with gravy of your choice
