Instructions Mix together both the flours, chillies and salt. Add water and make it into a dosa batter. Pour 1 ladle full of the above batter onto a hot dosa tawa. When Ragi Dosa is brown in colour, remove it. :- Ragi Dosa is ready. :- Serve Ragi Dosa with hot chilly chutney or onion chutney.
