  • Mix together both the flours, chillies and salt.
  • Add water and make it into a dosa batter.
  • Pour 1 ladle full of the above batter onto a hot dosa tawa.
  • When Ragi Dosa is brown in colour, remove it.
  • :- Ragi Dosa is ready.
  • :- Serve Ragi Dosa with hot chilly chutney or onion chutney.

    posted in wrong category, ragi dosa is recipe from karnataka, ragi word itself is a kannada word and in malyalam it is called as Panjapul or kooravu.

    How can fresh ragi be used instead of ragi flour?

    This sounds good… but had a doubt, that is can this reciepe used instantly,or once the dosa batter is made do we wait for a period before actually putting the batter on the tava
