- Red gram(Thuvaraparippu) - 1/2 cup
- Par boiled rice - 1/2 cup
- Raw Rice(Pachhari) - 1/2 cup
- Tamarind(A small ball, Puli) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Grated Coconut(As reqd) -
- Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
- Red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 10 nos

Instructions
- For preparing Spicy Dosa, first soak dal and rice together in water for an hour.
- Grind together dal, rice with the rest of the ingredients.
- Heat oil in a dosa tawa.
- Spread a ladle full of dosa batter onto the dosa tawa.
- Cook till it turns golden brown.
- Flip the other side and cook it too.
- :- Serve Spicy Dosa hot with mint or onion chutney.
