- Ragi / Finger millet 1 cup -
- Rice flour : 1 cup -
- Salt to taste -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- asafoetida 1 tsp -
- white sesame seed 1 tsp -
- Ghee : 2 tsp -
- Ajwain / omam 1 tsp -
- water 1 glass -
- Oil to fry -

Instructions
- in a bowl add all ingredients ragi , rice flour, salt, red chili powder, asafoetida, white sesame seeds, ghee, omam/ajwain
- add water and make as a dough
- take some from ragi dough and squeeze the murukku using single shaped plate in the press.
- heat the oil and cook in high flame but dont burn it
- ragi / finger millet murukku is ready
