  • rice 1 cup
  • urad dal 2 tbsp
  • onion chopped 1 cup
  • methi leaves 1 cup
  • grated carrot 1 cup
  • salt to taste

  • soak ragi rice and urad dal for 5 hrs grind and allow it to ferment for 5 hrs
