- Pavakkai bitter gourd 1 no. -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Salt to taste -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- corn flour 1/4 cup -
- Oil to fry -

Instructions
- chop the bitter gourd / pavakkai
- finely chop the onion
- in a bowl add ragi / finger millet flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, onion and bitter gourd
- mix well
- heat the oil and just spread like pakoda and fry it
- Revome from oil
- ragi pavakkai pakoda is ready to serve. serve with rea or coffee
