Ragi Poha Kheer

Finger millet flakes or ragi poha kheer is so instant and healthy too. This kheer is done within few mins and this is an very healthy kheer. Boil milk add the soaked poha to it . In 2 mins of time add alomonds and pistachios and then sugar to it . cardamom powder for flavor . Ragi poha kheer is all done to serve.

Ingredients
  

  • milk 2 cups
  • ragi poha 3/4 cup
  • almonds and pistachios few slits
  • sugar 1 cup
  • cardamom powder 1 sp

Instructions
 

  • to boiling milk add ragi poha.
  • add almond and pistachios
  • add sugar and cardamom powder
  • serve hot or cold
