Rava Sooji Masala Poori is a very simple breakfast recipe with simple procedures to prepare. This poor itself has own spices that gives you an amazing taste with varied flavor. Fluffy, flaky and spicy, these masala pooris are perfect for a Sunday Breakfast or evening time snack. Here Rava Masala pooris are made from Rava or Sooji and then mixed spices are added to enhance its taste. You can have these masala pooris with a Potato sabzi and chutney. You can have them with dahi as well.

- Rava(Sooji) - 1 Cup
- Thayir(Curd) - ½ Cup
- Ginger Paste - ¼ tsp
- Salt(To taste) -
- Garlic paste - ¼ tsp
- Wheat flour - 2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - ½ tsp
- Cumin seeds powder - ¼ tsp
- Coconut/Refined Oil(As required to fry) -

Instructions
- Take a Vessel and change the Rava into this Vessel. Add Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Seeds Powder, Coriander Powder, Wheat flour, Ginger and Garlic Pastes and mix all these ingredients together properly.
- Add Thayir (Curd) and required quantity of Salt and mix it further and make a dough and then cover the dough with a plate or wet cloth and keep it aside for about ten minutes
- After about ten minutes, take small, small portions of the dough and spread them in round shape as shown above.
- When one side of the spread dough is cooked/fried properly, turn it to other side and cook/fry that side also. Then take the Poori out from the Cheenachatti/Frying and keep in a serving plate.
- Rava, Thayir (Sooji, Curd), Masala Poori is ready and it can be served with Pickle/Chutney
