This mango pickle is super easy to prepare, spicy, and uses sour raw mangoes which gives an amazing flavour. This is the traditional way of preparing this pickle and it is closely attached to the Indian Cuisine.

- Raw mango 2 no. -
- red chili powder 10g -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- salt 10g -
- oil 250ml -
- fenugreek seed 10g -
- cumin seed 10 g -
- coriander seed 10 g -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -

- wash and grate the raw mango
- in a pan fry the cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and coriander seed without oil, until the colour gets changed and make as a powder. this is pickle powder
- in a kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard
- add turmeric powder and mix well
- add the pickle powder which we prepared above and mix well and allow to cook for 15 minutes in oil.
- now raw mango pickle is ready
