Instructions
- chop the raw mango into small pieces
- heat the oil and temper the mustard
- mean while prepare tamarind paste
- prepare the pickle powder: fry the cumin seedm fenugreek seed, and coriander seed one by one with out oil and make as a powder
- add tamarind paste and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
- add red chili powder and salt and mix well and allow to cook in medium flame for 10 minutes
- add pickle powder which powder and mix well and allow to cook 10 minutes
- add jaggery and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
- now raw mango sweet pickle is ready
