  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 6 nos King prawns peeled, tails left on
  • 500 ml Oil for frying


  • In a large bowl, mix together the cornflour, salt, chilly powder and coriander leaves.
  • Add the king prawns and toss until coated.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a deep, heavy-bottomed saucepan.
  • Deep fry the prawns for 30 seconds and then drain on kitchen towels.
  • :- Serve hot.
