  • 2 cups Dosa batter
  • 1/2 cup Schezwan sauce
  • Ghee/oil As reqd


  • Heat oil in a tava. Make a dosa with the batter.
  • Roast on both the sides. When its done, spread a layer of sauce and fold it from one end just like a half moon.
  • Dosa is ready. No need of any chutney. Serve hot.
