- Onion : 1 no -
- green chili 2 no. -
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp -
- bread crumbs 3 slice -
- Salt to taste -

- par boil the vermiceli
- chop the onion and green chili
- boil the aloo and smash it
- in a bowl add aloo, vermiceli, onion, green chili, red chili powder, salt, garam masala, coriander leaves and coriander powder and mix well
- make bread crumbs
- add maida , corn flour and water in bowl and make batter
- take small ball of vermiceli and make cutlet shape and dip in the maida batter
- spread the bread crumbs
- heat the oil and deep fry it
- now semiya cutlet is ready to serve
