Filter the hot water and add cold water. Repeat this process and keep the semiya aside.
Mix together mashed potato, vermicelli, onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, chilly powder, gram flour, rice flour, salt, coriander leaves and cashew nuts along with 2 tsp of oil.
:- Do not add water while mixing.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Put small portions of the above semiya mixture into the hot oil.
